FAQ

 

For vaccine only appointments*, the Doctor will perform a wellness exam to verify your pet appears healthy for the vaccinations. There is a $40.00 office call for a wellness exam. If your pet is not healthy or if you have concerns outside of the vaccination your visit can be upgraded to a normal office visit with a full examination after your approval to move forward.  The normal office call of $55 will then apply.

We do not take walk ins, however, you can contact the office and request an urgent medical exam if your pet needs to be seen. We will do our best to work your pet in the same day. An $85 office call will apply.

*Vaccine only appointments: vaccines of any kind, heartworm tests, fecal test, deworming, microchip, ICON, Laser treatment, nail trim

 

Recheck Policy

 

After your pet has been seen for a full exam ($55 office call)  we then waive the office call for the same issue for the next 2 weeks. If your pet is still having problems please call the office as soon as possible to schedule a recheck appointment as we do not accept walk ins.  We offer this to encourage prompt follow up and thorough care so please do not wait until the end of the recheck period to contact us.
